Rotwein+Blake designs new headquarters for Mack-Cali’s Roseland Residential Trust and Belle Associates
Our team was tapped to design the recently completed interiors for a new headquarters facility at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation’s 7 Sylvan Way and 8 Campus Drive in Parsippany, NJ to house Roseland Residential Trust, a Mack-Cali company, along with a division of Mack-Cali totaling 50,000 SF of sleek new workspace.
Belle Associates’ new 8,000 SF headquarters is in the sister building across the plaza at 8 Campus Drive. Each space is designed to both reflect their own program and branding and to visually complement each other through common design elements, overall quality and aesthetic feel.
