The goal for the project was to achieve LEED Double Platinum, for both core and shell and interiors, and was the first campus building in Northern New Jersey to reach this status and a challenge that informed the creative design solution from inception.

Rotwein & Blake performed the role of Master Planner and Executive Architect while KPF International performed the role of design architect for the conceptual building design. The two teams collaborated to create a truly unique suburban architectural statement.
