Tinton Falls, NJ
Master planned for three buildings totaling 650,000 SF with two 800 car parking structures. The first phase of the campus totaling 290,000 SF was designed from a programmatic driven interior. Rotwein+Blake’s collaboration with Jenkins & Grey (Interior Design) seamlessly executed a new building that allows creativity and productivity to flourish. The key objective for this new facility is to provide an optimized working environment for the employees, as well as establish a professional environment for customers and prospects who will be become frequent visitors.
The building is designed from the inside out to provide an atmosphere that reflects the culture of the company and satisfies the needs of the employees and customers. The building will incorporate an Executive Briefing Center (EBC), a two story dining facility, a customer training facility, and a cutting edge data center. To support the health and well being of each individual, the campus includes a ‘state of the art’ fitness center, a cricket field, a 1 mile walking path, and a softball field.
The striking exterior is composed of a combination of cutting edge materials; lightweight limestone rainscreen panels combined with aluminum, engineered wood accents, brick and energy efficient curtain wall, present a warm yet ultra contemporary image, that reflect and inform the interiors as well as the overall culture of CommVault.
