Staten Island, NY
A freestanding culinary kiosk located adjacent to the corporate Commons office was designed by Rotwein+Blake to serve as an amenity within the park. It has become a visual focal point as well as a popular stop for the park community.
The outdoor dining space beckons as a gathering spot, not just for food, but it was designed to also serve as an avenue for outdoor concerts and entertainment. The sleek, modern, and transparent structure is comprised of exposed steel, curtainwall, engineered wood and is designed with a “green” vegetated roof.
